DECLARATION
of 14 November 2002
amending Decree No. 132 / 1998 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Building Act
The Ministry of Local Development provides, pursuant to § 143 paragraph 1 of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 103 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 83 / 1998 Coll.:
Decree No. 132 / 1998 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Construction Act, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, at the end of point (h), the comma is replaced by a dot and point (i) is deleted.
(2) Paragraph 49 shall be deleted;
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
