issued pursuant to Sections 3 (5) and 22 of Act No. 110 / 1964 Coll., on Telecommunications, Decree No. 33 342 / 90-110 of 5 November 1990 amending the telegraph rules.
The issue of the proceeds will simplify the telegraph services and unify them with those provided in international telegraph.
The proceeds will take effect on 1 January 1991 and will be published in the Bulletin of the Federal Ministry of Communications. It can be viewed at each post office and at all connection organisations.
