GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 November 2025
amending Government Regulation No 189 / 2022 Coll., defining the development of supported energy sources, as amended by Government Regulation No 459 / 2024 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 3 paragraphs 4 and 5 of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 382 / 2021 Coll., Act No. 19 / 2023 Coll. and Act No. 87 / 2025 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 189 / 2022 Coll., defining the development of supported energy sources, as amended by Government Decree No. 459 / 2024 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Table 2, the row "Competitive new electricity products1 in 2025 'in the column" Condition of authorisation of the building of the power plant to participate in the auction', "YES 'is replaced by" NO'.
2. In Annex No 1, Table 2, the row "Advanced Modernised Electricity Producers 1 in 2025 ', column" Condition of authorisation of the construction of an electricity generation plant to participate in the auction', "YES 'is replaced by" NO'.
3. In Annex No 1, Table 2, the row "Competitive new electricity products1 in 2026 ', column" Condition of authorisation of the building of the power plant for participation in the auction', "YES 'is replaced by" NO'.
4. In Annex No 1, Table 2, the row "Advanced Modernised Electricity Producers 1 in 2026 'in the column" Condition of authorisation of the construction of an electricity generation plant to participate in the auction', "YES 'is replaced by" NO'.
5. In Annex No 1, Table 2, the row "Competitive new electricity products1 in 2027 'in the column" Condition of authorisation of the building of the power plant to participate in the auction' is replaced by "YES '.
6. In Annex 1, Table 2, the row "Advanced Modernised Electricity Producers 1 in 2027 'in the column" Condition of authorisation of the construction of an electricity generation plant to participate in the auction' is replaced by "YES '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
