on the declaration of the level of the salary base for determining the salary and certain reimbursement of expenses of officials pursuant to Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the function of representatives of the State Government and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., the Constitutional Court Act No. 359 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2012 Coll., and Act No. 587 / 2020 Coll., for the year 2022, the Constitutional Court's finding for representatives in the amount of CZK 89 155.
