Government Regulation No 342 / 2016 Coll., on the contribution to the mitigation of the social impact of restructuring or the reduction of the activities of legal persons engaged in coal or uranium mining is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4, the words "to the address of her permanent residence 'are replaced by the words" to the address of the service where the beneficiary communicates it or to the address of the permanent residence or place of residence'.
2. In Annex 1, points 11 and 12 are added:

3. In Annex No 2, first table, the words ", address of residence 'are inserted after the words" Permanent residence address' and the following row is added:

4. In Annex No 2, the words "No 101 / 2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended 'are replaced by the words" No 110 / 2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation)' and the words "Personal Data Protection Act 'are replaced by the words" Personal Data Processing Act and General Data Protection Regulation'.
Transitional provision
An employee of designated mining companies referred to in points 11 and 12 of Annex No 1 to Government Decree No 342 / 2016 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, whose employment with the designated mining company lasted continuously for at least 2 years and, as a result of its restructuring or downgrading of its activities, has been reprimanded for reasons under § 52 (a) to (c) of the Labour Code or by agreement pursuant to § 49 of the Labour Code for the same reasons, terminated during the period from 1 July 2020 to the date of entry into force of this Regulation, may submit an application for a contribution within 6 months of the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
