COMMUNICATION

declaring an amount of 50% of the average monthly wage on the national economy for the purposes of life and existence minima and an amount of 40% of the average monthly wage in the non-business sector for the purposes of determining the parental contribution
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs declares that since 1 January 2007,
(a) § 8 (2) of Act No. 110 / 2006 Coll., on Life and Existence Minimum, equivalent to 50% of the average monthly salary in the national economy of CZK 9,500,
(b) Paragraph 32 (1) of Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Support, as amended by Act No. 237 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 112 / 2006 Coll., at 40% of the average monthly wage in the non-business sphere amount of CZK 7 582.
