DECLARATION
of 23 March 2018
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of the Kocelovice pastures and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (5) (g) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 123 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll.:
Announcement of a national natural monument
(1) The National Natural Monument of Kocelovická pastures (hereinafter referred to as the "National Natural Monument") is declared.
(2) A natural service, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared a national natural monument, with the presence of:
(a) grassland and grassland and fornicating grass ecosystems;
(b) biotope of a rare and endangered species of Sturmova (Gentianella obtusifolia subsp. sturmiana), including its population.
(3) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the South Bohemian Region, in the cadastral territory of Kocelovice. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(4) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this decree.
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the nature conservation authority can the national natural monument
(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);
(b) permit or make changes to the water regime on land;
(c) permit or carry out construction, permit or carry out changes to completed structures or changes to buildings before they are completed or place construction, advertising or information equipment;
(d) fertilise land or use chemicals or chemical mixtures;
(e) store items;
(f) to build fires;
(g) to establish new feeding facilities or slanisks;
(h) to feed or bait animals outside the fattening establishment;
(i) planting or planting plants or releasing animals;
(j) indicate cycling or hiking routes; or
(k) to drive vehicles into the territory of the national natural heritage; consent is not required for vehicles of the essential components of the integrated rescue system3), the municipal police, the armed forces of the Czech Republic in the performance of the tasks of the armed forces and other public authorities in the performance of public administration, veterinary service vehicles and water flow managers in the performance of their tasks and vehicles needed to ensure the management and management of land.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2018.
