THE LAW
of 27 January 2006
repealing Act No. 78 / 1997 Coll., on measures relating to Libya, as amended by Act No. 303 / 1999 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Act No. 78 / 1997 Coll., on Measures in relation to Libya.
2. Act No. 303 / 1999 Coll., amending Act No. 78 / 1997 Coll., on Measures in relation to Libya.
3. Government Decree No. 49 / 2000 Coll., suspending measures in relation to Libya.
The rights and obligations arising under the legislation referred to in Article 1 until the date of entry into force of this Act shall remain unaffected.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
