Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that, after the approval of the Government of the Czech Republic, a statement of the Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic on the establishment of HALDEX OSTRAVA signed in Budapest on 16 November 1981 (notified at the amount of 31 / 1982 Coll.) was notified to the Government of the Republic of Hungary.
The denunciation of the Agreement on the basis of Article 16 thereof entered into force on 1 January 1996.
On 21 December 1995, the Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Republic of Hungary on measures relating to the termination of the Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic on the establishment of HALDEX OSTRAVA was signed in Warsaw.
The Agreement entered into force on 21 December 1995 on the basis of Article III thereof.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
