supplementing the Order of the North Bohemian Regional National Committee in Ústí Nr. 116 / 1978 Coll., which is entrusted to selected national committees of lower degrees of performance of the water management agenda
The Plenary Session of the North Bohemian Regional National Committee in Ústí n. L. pursuant to the provisions of § 39 (2) (j) of the Act on National Committees No. 69 / 1967 Coll., in the complete version published under No. 28 / 1972 Coll., was agreed on the following decree:
The decree of the North Bohemian Regional National Committee in Ústí nr. L. No. 116 / 1978 Coll., which mandates selected national committees of lower degrees of performance of the water management agenda, is added as follows:
In Article 1, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"5. The performance of the Water Management Agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (c), (d), (f) of the ČNR Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy, the following national committees:
in the Kreis Chomutov:
City National Committees Chomutov and Kadák. ';
This decree shall take effect on the date of its issue.
