amending and supplementing Decree No 144 / 1953 Ú. l laying down uniform general prices for the sale of small-scale electricity
The Ministry of Energy and Water Management announces pursuant to § 5 of Decree No. 60 / 1959 Coll., on the scope of planning, pricing and control:
Decree No 144 / 1953 of the Ú. l., which provides for uniform general retail tariffs, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2, including the title, reads:
Apartment rate for small lighting equipment and small electrical appliances (BS)
(1) This rate applies to the supply of electricity to households and amounts to Kčs 0,70 per kilowatt hour (kWh).
(2) The rent for the single-phase electric meter is 1,20 per month. for the three-phase electric meter, the Kčs shall be 3,20 per month. '

Rate for light and small electrical appliances in plants (S)
(1) This rate shall apply to the supply of electricity for lighting rooms and the use of small appliances for electricity in commercial enterprises, mass caterers, accommodation facilities, warehouses, trades, offices, theatres, cinemas, barracks, boarding houses, schools, etc., if they fall within the category of retail electricity customers and if they are not subject to a different rate for the retail sale of electricity in accordance with this Decree, and shall be Kčs 1,20 per 1 kWh.
(2) The rent for the single-phase electric meter is 1,20 per month. for the three-phase electric meter, the Kčs shall be 3,20 per month. '
(1) Electricity prices under this Decree are invoiced to the retail customers referred to in Sections 2 and 5 of this Decree in invoices issued from 24 April 1960 onwards (i.e. from the state recorded on the electrometer at the last reading made by individual retail customers before 24 April 1960).
(2) The retail customers referred to in Sections 2 and 5 of this Decree, which receive electricity at the BS rate (or combination thereof with the housing rate for households with night-time consumption of electricity "N," Section 4 of the Decree), do not apply for a change of rate under this Decree.
More detailed directives for the implementation of Section 2 of the Decree published in the Official Journal of 82 of 27 June 1953 are hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect from 24 April 1960.
