Regulation of the Finance Ministers
and agriculture and forestry
of 19 October 1956
amending the Regulation on financial assistance to single agricultural cooperatives and privately managed farmers.
The Ministers of Finance and Agriculture and Forestry provide pursuant to § 14 (2) of Act No. 12 / 1955 Coll.:
The Regulation of Finance and Agriculture Ministers No 86 / 1953 Coll., on financial assistance to single agricultural cooperatives and privately managed farmers, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (1) (2) reads as follows:
"2. single agricultural cooperatives shall be written off from investment loans until their full repayment of the amount equal to the payments made and the exceptional instalments of the cooperative's own funds on such loans, provided that the cooperative has properly performed its production and supply tasks, shall be provided by seed and feed funds and duly paid by the specified instalments, ';
2. Paragraph 1 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The depreciation referred to in paragraphs 1 (2) and (3) shall be carried out on 31 October of each year after payment of the instalments due, provided that the loan has not been fully repaid by such instalments. The depreciation referred to in paragraph 1 (3) shall also be granted to cooperatives authorised to defer payments. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
