of 14 October 1955
on the establishment of a delegation of state goods. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
It shall be established by the delegation of state goods.
The detailed definition of the tasks of the agrarian and state goods delegation shall be determined by the government.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 October 1955; All members of the government will do it.
