determining the beginning of the effective transfer of jurisdiction in the case of the separation of municipalities.
The Minister of Interior provides, pursuant to § 4 (1) of Decree-Law No 116 / 1949 Coll., for further transfers of competence in public administration:
Transfer of competence regarding the separation of municipalities with the Ministry of the Interior to the Regional National Committees according to the Annex, p. 15 And that government regulation will take effect on 1 January 1951.
