DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 31 / 2000 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., on reimbursement of expenses to members of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the performance of the service
The Ministry of the Interior, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance, provides pursuant to § 58 (2) of Act No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic:
Decree No. 31 / 2000 Coll., on reimbursement of expenses to members of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the performance of the service, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 18, the following shall be added at the end of the text of paragraph 5: "and to a police officer who has been assigned or seconded to serve abroad within the United Nations multinational force unit or international police forces'.
2. The following Section 18a is inserted after Section 18:
When a police officer is assigned or seconded to work abroad within a United Nations troop or international police corps, he shall be entitled to reimbursement of travel expenses as in the course of a foreign business trip. ';
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
