on the declaration of the level of the salary base for determining the salary and certain reimbursement of expenditure pursuant to Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended, in 2006
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs declares, pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the function of representatives of state authority and certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., for 2006 a salary base of CZK 53 283 per month.
