DECLARATION
of 2 September 2004
on the definition of nature protection zones Protected landscape areas
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 27 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Subject matter
This decree provides for the demarcation of the boundaries of the zones of nature conservation (hereinafter referred to as the "zones") in the territory of the Protected Landscape Region of Český Ráj1, which are governed by specific legislation (m2).
Definition of zones
(1) The territory of the Protected Landscape Area of the Czech Paradise is divided into zones I and II, zones III and IV.
(2) The sketches of the nature protection zones on the basis of the Basic Map of the Czech Republic 1: 10 000 and on the basis of the cadastral map, including the electronic form, are stored on the Association of Protected Landscape Areas of the Czech Paradise based in Turnov and the Central List of Nature Protection (§ 42 of the Act). The display of the nature protection zones on the basis of the Basic map of the Czech Republic 1: 10 000 and on the basis of the cadastral map in electronic form are stored at the Ministry of the Environment in Prague. The sketches of the nature protection zones on the basis of the cadastral map for the individual administrative districts of the municipalities in whose territory the Protected Landscape Area of the Czech Paradise is affected are stored at the municipal offices of the municipalities concerned.
(3) The map documents on which the zones are drawn are annexed to this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
