imposing a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreement of higher degree was imposed on it from 1.8.2002 to 31.10.2002:
Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1.1.2002 to 31.12.2002 (dated 8 January 2002) concluded
between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers.
