amending Decree No 388 / 2002 Coll., on determining the administrative districts of the municipalities entrusted with the municipal authority and the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended scope, as amended, and Decree No 564 / 2002 Coll., on determining the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to Article 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and on the establishment of municipalities with extended competence, and under Article 1a (3) of Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the territorial breakdown of the State, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Amendment of Decree No 388 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended
Decree No. 388 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended by Decree No. 388 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In § 7 in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Šumperk and in § 20 in the administrative district of the municipality with extended competence of Šumperk, the words "Petrov nad Desnou 'shall be inserted after the word" Oskava'.
2. In § 10 in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority Vlashim and in § 23 in the administrative district of the municipality with extended competence of Vlashim, the word "Nemíž" is deleted.
Amendment of Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on determining the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended by Decree No. 623 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 513 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Benesov district, the word "do not pass" is deleted.
2. In Klatovy, the word "Chimice 'is replaced by" Chemice'.
3. In the Šumperk district, the words "Petrov nad Desnou 'shall be inserted after the word" Pavlov'.
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
