amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related acts, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 96 (a), (d) and (e) of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws:
Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname, and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 499 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 566 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 660 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 539 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 300 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 352 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 389 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 419 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Article 24 (3), the words "unless an indication of a change in the name of the municipality is given on the opening sheet of the matrix book for that municipality 'shall be inserted after the words" in the matrix book'.
2. In Article 25 (3), the words "persons referred to in Article 25 (1) (a) of the Act 'shall be inserted after the words" written applications'.
3. In Annex 1, in the part "Moravskosleze Region ', in the column" Community with extended scope', in point 17. "Opava ', in the column" Matrix Office', in point 5. "Opava ', in the column" List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix', point 12. "Radun 'and point 19." Vršovice "is deleted.
Points 13 to 18 shall be renumbered 12 to 17.
4. In Annex No 1, in the part "Moravskoslezský kraj ', in the column" Community with extended scope', point 17. "Opava 'is inserted in the column" Matrix Office' in point 7.
Points 7 to 9 shall be renumbered 8 to 10.
5. In Annex 1, in the part "Moravskoslezský kraj ', in the column" Community with extended scope' in point 17. "Opava ', in the column" Matrix Office' in point 7. "Radun ', in the column" List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix', point 1. "Radun 'and point 2." Vršovice' are added.
6. In Annex 1, in the part "Olomouc Region ', in the column" Community with extended scope', in point 11. "Šumperk ', in the column" Matrix Office', in point 8. "Šumperk ', in the column" List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office', point 6 is inserted. "Petrov nad Desně '.
Points 6 to 13 shall become points 7 to 14.
7. In Annex No 1, in the part "Stredocesky region ', in the column" Municipality with extended application', in point 25. "Vlaší ', in the column" Matriční úře', in point 5. "Vlaší ', in the column" List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrices', point 13 is replaced by the following: "Don't go."
Points 14 to 25 shall become points 13 to 24.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010, with the exception of Article I (2), which shall take effect on 1 July 2010.
