DECLARATION
of 8 November 2002
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 10 November 2000 between UNIOS and the Czech Gas Union1, as amended by Appendix 1, concluded on 22 January 20022, shall be binding on the employers listed in the Annex from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
