DECLARATION
of 22 December 2009
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the authentication of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (a), the word" Bělčice,' is inserted after the word "Bělčice, 'and the word" Sýlice,' is inserted after the word "Tchořovice, '.
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Swim' and the word "Vráto 'shall be inserted after the word" Vráto'.
3. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (c), the word" Vývale' shall be inserted after the word "Pojné, '.
4. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (e), the words" Jarošov nad Neženka' shall be inserted after the words "Pluho Zdar ';
5. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (g), the word" Borovany' is inserted after the word "Bernartice, '.
6. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (j), the word" Vlastiboř' shall be added at the end of the text of this point.
7. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (k), the word "Hoslovice," shall be deleted after the word "Hoštice," after the word "Milolovice," the word "Nihošovice," and the word "Rivers," shall be inserted after the word "Neighborhood,."
8. In the part "Jihočeské kraj," point (q), the words "Drahonice," and the words "Libějovice," shall be inserted after the word "Pivkovice, Stážice,."
9. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (h), the word" Senorada' is inserted after the word "Pravlov ';
10. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (n), the words" Příbram na Morava' shall be inserted after the word "Ostrovacice, ';
11. in the part "Karlovy Vary Region," point (e), the word "Drmoul," shall be inserted after the word "municipal authorities."
12. In the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', point (g), the word" Kaceřov' shall be inserted after the word "Josefov '.
13. In the part "Králové hradec kraj," point (g), the word "Běchary," is inserted after the word "Hradec," after the word "Cájice," after the word "Kopidlno," the word "Goats," after the word "Bězovice," the word "Nemyčeves," is inserted after the word "Old Castle," the words "Old Place," and at the end of the text of this point, the word "Yellowskin 'is added.
14. In the part "Králové hradec kraj," point (i), the words "Bukovice," and the words "Česká Čermá," shall be inserted after the words "Česká Metuje,"
15. in the part "Králové hradecký kraj," point (l), the word "Column," shall be inserted after the word "Skritvany,"
16. In the part "Králové hradecky kraj ', point (n), the words" Little Úpa' shall be inserted after the word "Libňátov '.
17. in the part "Králové Hradec kraj," point (o), the word "Watchers," shall be inserted after the word "Rudník,"
18. in the part "Liberecky kraj ', point (a), the words" Upper Libchava' are inserted after the words "Upper Police 'and the words" Greater Valtinov' are inserted after the words "Volfartice, ';
19. in the part "Moravskoslezský kraj ', point (c), the words" Nové Hřminova' shall be inserted after the words "Nové Plán, ';

25. in the part of "Pardubice Region," point (d), the words "Ball-dry," shall be inserted after the word "Pardubice," and the words "Rosice," shall be inserted after the word "Rozice,."
26. In the part "Pardubice Region," point (h), the words "Old Town," shall be inserted after the words "Rychnov in Moravia."
27. in the part "Pardubice Region," point (i), the word "Kunetice," and the word "Rohudova Belá," shall be inserted after the word "Rohoznice,"
28. in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (k), the words" Svinčany, Turkovice' shall be inserted after the words "Soprač, ';
29. In the part "Plzeň kraj," point (b), the word "Luženice," and the word "Trhanov," shall be inserted after the word "Kout in Šumava."

(31) In the part "Plzeň kraj," point (j), the word "Bolkov," shall be inserted after the word "Borova," and the word "Wolf" shall be added at the end of the text of this point.
32. in the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (l), the words" New Ves' shall be inserted after the word "Lisov ';
33. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Vráž' shall be inserted after the word "Vráž '.

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
