ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 23 November 2020
amending crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of the provisions of Section 6 (1) (c) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 25 November 2020 at 00: 00
I. amends paragraph 5 of the Government Resolution of 12 October 2020 No 1023, published under No 409 / 2020 Coll., as amended by the Government Resolution of 16 October 2020 No 1048, published under No 417 / 2020 Coll., by adding the following at the end of the text:
"and, in the period from 25 November 2020, to put an end to the professional obligation for pupils of the last years of secondary education and students of the last years of higher vocational education ';
II. amends paragraph 4 of the Government Resolution of 12 October 2020 No 1027, published under No 411 / 2020 Coll., by adding the following at the end of the text:
"and, in the period from 25 November 2020, to put an end to the employment obligation of pupils of the last secondary school years and students of the last higher vocational school years."
