laying down cases in which access to the file cannot be authorised as its contents must remain secret
According to Section 374a (b) of Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 263 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 24 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 30 / 2000 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) Save as otherwise provided, persons other than the parties and their representatives may not be authorised to examine the file relating to:
(a) the procedure for determining whether the consent of the child's parents to adopt it is necessary;
(b) adoption procedures.
(2) A public prosecutor may also examine the file relating to the procedure referred to in paragraph 1 (a) if it is the procedure to which the public prosecutor has entered.
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
