DECLARATION
of 17 November 2025
amending Decree No 384 / 2024 Coll., on Industrial Safety
According to § 135 (f) and (i) of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on security competence, as amended by Act No. 255 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 267 / 2024 Coll.:
Decree No 384 / 2024 Coll., on Industrial Safety, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (2), the following point (e) is inserted after point (d):
"(e) a statement of profit and loss over the last 5 financial years completed where, in at least one of those periods, a small entity or a micro entity which is not required to have financial statements certified by the auditor and where the obligation to publish that statement is not provided for in the Accounting Act or where that statement has not been published in a collection of documents under the law governing public registers,";
Points (e) to (i) shall be renumbered as points (f) to (j).
2. In Article 3 (4), the text "(d) 'is replaced by" (e)';
3. In Article 3 (5), "(e) to (i) 'is replaced by" (f) to (j)';
4. in Article 3 (6), "(e) and (g) to (i) 'is replaced by" (f) and (h) to (j)';
Transitional provision
Changes to the data in the application of an entrepreneur submitted before the date of entry into force of this Order or changes to the data in the application of an entrepreneur holding a certificate of the entrepreneur which took place after the entry into force of this Order shall be required by the entrepreneurs to document the documents provided for in Section 3 of Decree No 384 / 2024 Coll., on industrial security, as effective from the date of entry into force of the decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
