THE LAW
of 29 November 2001
amending Act No. 219 / 1995 Coll., the Foreign Exchange Act, as amended, and Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on the Czech National Bank
Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 15 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and the Constitutional Court Act No. 278 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 36 (a), the word "others" shall be deleted;
2. in Paragraph 36, point (b), including footnote 5, is deleted;
Points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered (b) and (c).
3. In Article 36 (c), "foreign exchange permits' is replaced by" foreign exchange licences and special permits';
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
