DECLARATION
Czechoslovak State Banks

on the issue of commemorative silver hundred crowns for the 100th anniversary of the birth of Bohuslav Martinů
The State Bank of Czechoslovakia pursuant to § 16 (d) of Act No. 130 / 1989 Coll., on the State Bank of Czechoslovakia, declares:
(1) On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the music composer Bohuslav Martinů, commemorative silver hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Hunting from an alloy of 500 pieces of silver, 400 parts of copper, 50 parts of nickel and 50 parts of zinc. The weight of the stocron is 13 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down of 10 / 1000 and a silver content of 5 / 1000 is permitted. The diameter is 31 mm, the edge is serrated.
(1) On the face of the Stokron is the state emblem of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, under it in two rows is the designation of the value "100 Kčs." The name of the State "CZECH AND SLOVAK FEDERATIVE REPUBLIC" is in an unclosed copy at the edge of the coin.
(2) There's a portrait of Bohuslav Martins on the back of a hundred crowns. His name "MARTIN BOHUSLAV" is in a copy on the left. To the right of the portrait is the violin key and below it in two rows of the year "1890-1990." The author of the hundred crown design is the academic sculptor Ladislav Kolář. The initials of his name "LK" are to the right of the portrait below the years.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 1990.
