According to Article 96 (1) (a) and (l) of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 312 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 279 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 414 / 2023 Coll.:
Amendment of Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended

1. In Section 2a, at the end of the text in paragraph 3, the words ", safety visible fibres, safety invisible fibres with UV fluorescent and UV fluorescent plantations' are added.
2. In Annex 1, in the part of the Králové Hradec Region, in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 6, in the column" Matrix Office' in point 1, in point "Jaroměří ', in the column" List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office', point 13 is deleted.
Points 14 and 15 shall become points 13 and 14.
3. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Králové Hradec Region, in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 9, in the column" Matrix Office' in point 2, in the column "Czech Skalice ', in the column" List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office', the following point 4 is inserted.
Point 4 is renumbered point 5.
4. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, in the column "Community with extended scope ', point 18." Eagle', in the column "Matrix Office ', point 1." Doubrava' and in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', point 1." Doubrava' is deleted.
In the column "Matrix Office ', points 2 and 3 are renumbered as points 1 and 2.
5. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, in the column "Community with extended scope ', point 18." Eagle', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 1." Eagle', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', the following point (1)" Doubrava' is inserted.
Point 1 becomes point 2.
6. In Annex 1, in the part of the Olomouc Region, in the column "Community with extended application ', in point 7." Olomouc', in the column "Matrix Office ', point 1." Bohunovice' and in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office ', points 1.
In the column "Matrix Office ', points 2 to 17 are renumbered as points 1 to 16.
7. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Olomouc Region, in the column "Community of extended application ', in point 7." Olomouc', in the column "Matrix Office ', in point 11." Olomouc', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office ', the following point 4 is inserted.
Points 4 to 11 shall be renumbered as points 5 to 12.
8. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Olomouc Region, in the column "Community of extended application 'in point 10." Šternberk', in the column "Matrix Office ', a new point 1 is inserted in the column" Bohunovice' and in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrices', point 1 is inserted.
In the column "Matrix Office ', points 1 and 2 are renumbered 2 and 3.
9. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Central Bohemian Region, in the column "Community with extended application ', in point 2, in the column" Matrix Office', in point 1, "Beroun ', in the column" List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrimonial Office', the following point 6 is inserted.
Points 6 to 13 shall become points 7 to 14.
10. In Annex 1, in the part of the Central Bohemian Region, in the column "Community with extended scope ', in point 8," Hořovice', in the column "Matrix Office ', in point 2," Hořovice', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrices', point 5 is deleted.
Points 6 to 11 shall be renumbered 5 to 10.
11. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Zlinsky Region, in the column "Community with extended application ', in point 8," Hungarian Brod', in the column "Matrix Office ', point 9," Prakšice' and in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', points 1 and 2 are deleted.
In the column "Matrix Office ', points 10 to 14 are renumbered as points 9 to 13.
12. In Annex No 1, in the part of the Zlinsky Region, in the column "Community with extended application ', in point 8," Hungarian Brod', in the column "Matrix Office ', in point 12," Hungarian Brod', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office ', the following points 1 and 2 are inserted:" Pašovice' and "Prašice '.
Point 1 becomes point 3.
Transitional provision
Matrix forms with hedge elements pursuant to § 2a (3) of Decree No 207 / 2001 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be used until 31 December 2030.
Amendment of Decree No. 192 / 2014 Coll., amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surname and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended
In Article II of Decree No. 192 / 2014 Coll., amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, the number "2025 'is replaced by" 2035'.
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026, with the exception of Article III, which shall take effect on 31 December 2025.
