Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 481 / 2021 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on the Supported Energy Resources and on the Amendments thereto, adopted by Decision No 7 / 2021 of 30 November 2021, on the regulated prices related to gas supply, and on the regulated prices of gas, as amended.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 7 / 2021 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 November 2021, in the amount of 10, in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 November 2021, in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 November 2021, in the amount of 11, and in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 November 2021, in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 12. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The activities shall take place on 1 January 2022.
