amending Act No. 216 / 2002 Coll., on the Protection of State Borders of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws (Law on the Protection of State Borders)
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the State Border Protection Act
Act No. 216 / 2002 Coll., on the Protection of State Borders of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Protection of State Borders) is amended as follows:
Paragraph 5 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The police are entitled to place the means of security within 50 metres of the border; in exceptional cases, this can be done even beyond that distance. '
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
