DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic
of 7 November 1990
on the remuneration of members of the Election Commissions in elections to councils in the municipalities in 1990
The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, pursuant to § 53 paragraph 2 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 368 / 1990 Coll., on elections to councils in municipalities, and § 22 paragraph 3 of the Act No. 76 / 1952 Coll., on payroll tax:
A member of the Election Commission shall be entitled to a remuneration of 200, - CZK, which shall be exempt from payroll tax.
(1) Remuneration shall be paid on completion of the activities of the Election Committee.1)
(2) Remuneration shall be paid from the budget of the Czech Republic through:
(a) the budget of the municipalities to the members of district, local and urban electoral commissions;
(b) the budget of the District Offices to the members of the Regional Electoral Commission;
(c) the budget of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic to the members of the Czech Election Commission.
(3) The settlement of the remuneration paid shall be submitted together with the accounting of the total costs of the elections to councils in municipalities.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
