COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 12 February 2024
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 6 December 2022 concluded on 29 November 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Forestry and Woodworking Enterprises;
2. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 12 January 2023 concluded between the Contracting Parties on 1 December 2023
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Czech Paper Industry;
3. Appendix 1 to the higher-step collective agreement of 22 March 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
The employment association of the mining and diesel industry;
4. Appendix 1 to the higher-step collective agreement for the period from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2025 of 14 October 2021 concluded on 13 December 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Union of Money Workers and Insurance
and
The Bank and Insurance Association;
5. Collective contract of higher degree for 2024 concluded on 22 December 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy;
6. Collective contract of higher degree (for a. s., s. r. o. and s. p..) for 2024 concluded on 22 December 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy;
7. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
