Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 25 February 2022
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 5 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement concluded between the Contracting Parties on 2 December 2021 for the years 2017- 2023
Trade union ECHO,
Czech Energy Union
and
Czech Employers' Association in Energy;
2. Collective contract for the year 2022-2025 concluded on 30 November 2021 between the Contracting Parties
ECHO trade union
and
Association of the Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic;
3. Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of 25 January 2021 concluded between the Contracting Parties on 30 November 2021
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Forestry and Woodworking Enterprises;
4. Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of 7 October 2020 concluded on 3 January 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Czech Moravian trade union hospitality, hotels and tourism
and
Association of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic;
5. Collective contract for 2022 concluded on 24 January 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Union of Agriculture and Nutrition Workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic;
6. Collective contract for 2022 concluded on 24 January 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Union of Agriculture and Nutrition Workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
