GOVERNMENT REGULATION

repealing Government Regulation No 29 / 1999 Coll., fixing the rate of duty applicable to imports of sugar originating in the Republic of Poland
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
Government Regulation No 29 / 1999 Coll., fixing the rate of duty applicable to imports of sugar originating in the Republic of Poland, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
