amending Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No 136 / 1975 Coll., on the inclusion of employment in the first and second working categories for pension purposes
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders according to § 12 paragraph 3 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security:
The Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 136 / 1975 Coll., on the classification of employment in the first and second categories of employment for pension purposes, as amended by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 12 / 1980 Coll., amending and supplementing the Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 136 / 1975 Coll., on the classification of employment in the 1st and 2nd categories of work for pension purposes, and the Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 74 / 1982 Coll., on certain adjustments in sickness insurance and pension insurance workers working in mining, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4 (4), the following words shall be deleted at the end: "and such performance shall last for at least 6 months consecutive and shall be carried out on underground deep-sea mines, such performance shall last for at least 6 months in a calendar year '.
2. In Part II (C) (a) of the Annex to the Government Regulation, the following words are deleted: "the Arab Republic of Egypt '.
3. In Part II, Part C, point (d) of the Annex to the Government Regulation, the words "Damascus, Ankara and Beirut 'are replaced by the words" Ankara'.
Transitional provision
This Regulation also provides for the granting of pensions to which entitlement was acquired before 30 June 1985, provided that the worker did not receive or receive part of the pension.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1985.
