on the management of the corporate register for the District Court in Bratislava and for the District Court in Bratislava
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to Sections 112 and 393 of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll. as amended by Act No. 138 / 1970 Coll.:
The business register for the District Court in Bratislava and for the District Court in Bratislava is managed by the District Court of Bratislava 1.
In § 10 (2) of Decree No. 114 / 1964 Coll., on the company register, the words "for the district court district of Bratislava district court of Bratislava-town are deleted after the semicolon."
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1978.
