DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 12 May 1975
on the issue of commemorative silver 50 crowns for the 100th anniversary of the birth of Stanislav Kostek Neumann
Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on Money Reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins, declares:
(1) For the 100th anniversary of the birth of Stanislav Kostek Neumanna, commemorative silver 50 crowns are issued.
(2) The silver silver 50 crowns are rolled from an alloy of 700 pieces of silver and 300 pieces of copper. The gross weight of 50 kroner is 13 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down shall be allowed in gross weight 10 / 1000 and in silver content 5 / 1000. The diameter of 50 crowns is 31 mm, its edge is serrated.
(3) On the face of the commemorative silver fifty crowns is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. The State name "CZECH SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC 'is located along the vertical sides of the shield of the State emblem and under its base. Under the word" REPUBLIC', it is placed in one row of the "50 CZK 'marking.
(4) On the back of the commemorative silver fifty crowns is the true profile of Stanislav Kostek Neumann. His name "S. K. NEUMANN" is placed in a copy to the left of the portrait. In the top right of the coin's circumference are the numbers "1875-1975" in the copy. The author of the design on fifty crowns is academic sculptor František David, whose brand "D" is placed at the level of the lower edge of the portrait.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
