on the establishment of a body of state administration responsible for examining decisions of the national committees on the imposition of fines and reprimand
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 20 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 70 / 1969 Coll., on the Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Socialist Republic:
The Authority responsible for reviewing the decision *) The Commission of People's Control of the National Committee of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava, the Commission of People's Control of the Municipal National Committee in Košice, and of the People's Control Committees of the District National Committees on the imposition of an order and reprimand fine issued pursuant to Sections 22 and 24 of Act No. 70 / 1967 Coll., on the Human Control Committees, is the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Socialist Republic.
The Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Socialist Republic is also responsible for reviewing decisions of the National Committees of People's Control Committees issued by the date of application of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
