DECLARATION
Minister for Finance
of 20 April 1960
on the withdrawal of statuses of 1 CZK model 1953
The Minister of Finance declares, pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on the financial reform:
States after 1 crown of Czechoslovak model 1953 cease to be legal money in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic until 31 May 1960.
The States referred to in § 1 exchange from 1 June to 30 September 1960 all postal offices, state savings banks and branches of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia and from 1 October to 31 December 1960 only branches of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia. After 31 December 1960, any exchange of these states is excluded.
This decree shall take effect from the date of its publication.
