Government Regulation
of 14 October 1955
on the establishment of the Ministry of Heavy Engineering, the Ministry of Precision Engineering, the Ministry of Automotive and Agricultural Machinery and the Ministry of State Goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
The Ministry of Engineering is hereby established
Ministry of Heavy Engineering,
the Ministry of Precision Engineering, and
Ministry of Automotive and Agricultural Machinery.
The Ministry of State Goods is hereby established.
The detailed definition of the tasks of individual ministries in connection with the establishment of ministries under this Regulation shall be determined by the Government.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 October 1955; All members of the government will do it.
