Order of the Minister for Finance
of 23 October 1954
determining arbitration fees for proceedings before the authorities of cooperative arbitration.
The Minister of Finance hereby orders, pursuant to Articles 24 and 29 (2) of Decree-Law No 47 / 1953 Coll., on State Arbitration, as amended by Decree-Law No 45 / 1954 Coll.:
(1) The same arbitrage fees (hereinafter referred to as "fees') shall be paid for the proceedings before the authorities of the cooperative arbitration and for the review of the decision and for the review of their decisions; otherwise, the provisions on the management and review fees set out in the Order of the Minister of Finance No 63 / 1953 Coll., laying down arbitration fees apply mutatis mutandis to these fees.
(2) Fees are the budget revenue of the Central Cooperative Association (Slovak Cooperative Association), in which a cooperative arbitration body (regional authority) is set up, before which proceedings are conducted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 October 1954.
