Government Regulation
of 29 May 1951
repealing the Czechoslovak Labour Institute.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 1 (1) (b) of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on changes in the organisation of public administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
§ 1.
(1) The Czechoslovak Institute of Labour and its Regional Institute for Slovakia in Bratislava, established by Act No. 129 / 1947 Coll., is deleted.
(2) In agreement with the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare, the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare will designate a planner's office, in the case of other ministers involved, and after hearing a single trade union organisation, as to how the tasks of the institutions cancelled will be provided.
§ 2.
The rights and obligations of the institutes referred to in § 1 are transferred to the State. They shall be settled by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare in agreement with the Ministry of Finance and the Supreme Accounting Audit Office.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare in agreement with participating members of the Government.
