on the issue of certificates of natural medical resources and of natural mineral waters and the revocation of certificates of natural medical resources and of natural mineral waters
The Ministry of Health pursuant to § 5 (8) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Places and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act), states that
1. pursuant to § 5 (1) of the Spa Act, it issued a certificate that:
(a) the following source of mineral water is a natural source of medicine:
the source of the New Church (A-1) k.
(b) the source of natural mineral water is the following sources of mineral water:
| pramen | PM-1 | k. ú. Hraničné Petrovice, kraj Olomoucký |
| PM-2 | k. ú. Domašov nad Bystřicí, kraj Olomoucký, |
2. pursuant to Section 5 (6) of the Spa Act, the decision to revoke the certificate on the source of natural mineral water for the sources of:
| pramen | FRANZ | k. ú. Jeseník nad Odrou, kraj Moravskoslezský |
| ZITA | k. ú. Jeseník nad Odrou, kraj Moravskoslezský | |
| S-1 | k. ú. Domašov nad Bystřicí, kraj Olomoucký. |
