THE LAW
of 6 December 2001
amending Act No. 256 / 2001 Coll., on Funerals and on the Amendment of Certain Laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 2 (a) of Act No. 256 / 2001 Coll., on funeral and on the amendment of certain laws, the words ", part of it or fruit after abortion 1) 'are replaced by the words" or parts thereof'. At the same time, the text of footnote 1 is deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
