DECLARATION
of 24 October 2002
amending Decree No. 439 / 2000 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases
According to § 108 (1) for the implementation of § 45, § 46 (1), (2) and (6) and § 47 (2) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 439 / 2000 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 15 (2), the words "health centres' are replaced by the words" health institutes'.
2. In the third sentence of Article 15 (3), the words "and public health facilities' are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2003.
