imposing a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreement has been imposed:
Collective contract of higher degree for the years 2026 to 2028 concluded on 2 September 2025 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
The Association of Employers of North Bohemia Voda.
