DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture

amending Decree No. 275 / 1998 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils and detecting soil properties of forest land
The Ministry of Agriculture shall determine, pursuant to § 16 (d) and (e) of Act No. 156 / 1998 Coll., on fertilisers, soil aid substances, auxiliary plant preparations and substrates and on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils (Fertilizer Act), as amended by Act No. 308 / 2000 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree No. 275 / 1998 Coll., on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils and soil characteristics of forest parcels, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (4) (a), the words' always at the depth of the ornice 'shall be inserted after the words' to be carried out '; however, the deepest' shall be inserted.
2. In Annex No 2, at the end of point 1, the dot is replaced by a comma and the symbol "Tl. 'is added.
3. In Annex 3, point 1 (d), "spectrophotometry 'is replaced by" spectrophotometry' and "spectrophotometry 'is replaced by" spectrophotometry'.
4. In Annex 3, point 2 (a), the word "spectrophotometry 'is replaced by the word" spectrophotometry'.
5. In Annex 3, point 2 (b), the word "spectrophotometric 'is replaced by" spectrophotometric'.
6. In the last sentence of point 3 (a) of Annex 3, the word "method 'is replaced by" method'.
7. Annex 5 shall read as follows:
