The compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss of service income ') and the payment of maintenance costs of survivors belonging to a member or survivors under Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended, or under previous legislation, shall be adjusted by the amount of 2,6% and 240 CZK respectively for the calculation of compensation for loss of service income and for the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors, adjusted according to previous government regulations.
The adjustment of the compensation for loss of service income and the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors referred to in Article 1 shall be made to the national or survivors from 1 January 2026, provided that the entitlement of the member or survivors has been acquired before 1 January 2026.
The adjustment for loss of service income and the reimbursement of maintenance costs for survivors shall be made without the request of the member or survivors.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
