DECLARATION

of 25 November 2021

amending Decree No. 274 / 2011 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act on the circulation of banknotes and coins, as amended by Decree No. 418 / 2016 Coll.

Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 33 paragraph 7 of Act No. 136 / 2011 Coll., on the circulation of banknotes and coins and amending Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended:

Čl. I

In Decree No. 274 / 2011 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on the circulation of banknotes and coins, Section 23 including the title reads:

„§ 23

Certificate formalities

The certificate shall contain:

(a) the name and, where appropriate, the name, surname and date of birth of the graduate of the course;

(b) the business name, name or surname of the person holding the course, as appropriate;

(d) a qualified electronic seal and a qualified electronic time stamp of the Czech National Bank; and

(e) a unique certificate number. ';

Čl. II

Transitional provision

For certificates issued before the date of entry into force of this Order, Section 23 of Decree No. 274 / 2011 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall apply.

Čl. III

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
