The Constitutional Court ruled on 1 November 2005 in plenary composed of Stanislav Balík, František Duchoň, Vlasta Formánková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodým, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner (Judge Rapporteur) and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior for the annulment of the generally binding Decree of the City of Planá No 2 / 2003 on the binding parts of the regional planning of the city of Planá
as follows:
I. Article 12 of the generally binding Decree of the City of Plana No 2 / 2003 on the binding parts of the zoning plan of the City of Plana is hereby repealed.
II. In the rest, the proposal of the Minister of the Interior is rejected.
